Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what information DoubleDoor, based in Dallas, Texas (“DoubleDoor,” “we,” “us”), collects when you visit this website or work with us, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What this website collects
- Nothing you type in. This site has no sign-up, account or contact form of its own, and we don’t ask you to enter personal information to browse it.
- Your light or dark choice. If you switch the theme, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
- Basic server records. Like any website, the service that hosts it (Cloudflare) may log technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
When you book a call or contact us
When you book a call, you do it on a scheduling page run by Cal.com, and the details you enter there, such as your name, email and anything you add, are collected by Cal.com and shared with us. See Cal.com’s own privacy policy for how they handle it. If you email us, we receive the address and message you send.
How we use information
- To reply to you and schedule a conversation.
- To plan, build and maintain a website for your church if you become a client.
- To keep this site secure and working properly.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Client information
If you become a client, we handle the material you give us, such as ministry details, staff information, photos and content, only to deliver and support your site, and we keep it confidential. Your church remains responsible for the information it chooses to publish on its own website.
Sharing
We share information only with the services we need to run our work, such as hosting and scheduling providers, or when the law requires it. Links on this site to other sites, such as LinkedIn, are governed by those sites’ own policies.
Keeping information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Ask us and we’ll delete what we can.
Children
This website is for church staff and leaders, and isn’t directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date above. For example, we would update it before adding analytics to this site.
