Terms of Service

These terms cover how DoubleDoor, based in Dallas, Texas (“DoubleDoor,” “we,” “us”), works with churches and ministries (“you”). By using this website or engaging us, you agree to them. Anything specific to your church is confirmed in the written agreement we sign with you, and that agreement comes first if the two differ.

What we do

We offer two things:

• A one-time website build: the design and development of a custom website for your church.
• A Support Plan: hosting, security, backups and ongoing updates to your site, handled through monthly credits.

The website build

The one-time build fee pays for the design and development of your site. The build is quoted by tier (Essentials, Core or Full) based on page count and scope, and each quote starts from the prices shown on this site. Once the build fee is paid, the website is yours, and if you decide to leave you can take it with you.

Your domain stays registered in your church’s name. We never take ownership of it.

Support Plans

• Support Plans run on a 12-month commitment, paid either annually or monthly.
• We don’t offer refunds if you leave before the year is up.
• Plans renew automatically for another 12 months at the end of each term, unless you cancel before your next billing date.
• To cancel, send us an email before that date, to the address in your agreement. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
• A Support Plan is what lets us manage, maintain and grow your site over the year. It is separate from the build fee and is not refundable.
• Every edit comes through us, and anyone on your team can send a request.

Credits

Credits pay for the changes you request. The more custom a request is, or the more work it takes, the more credits it uses. A small addition, like a new FAQ or a new group listing, costs 10 credits. Larger or custom requests, like a new section or a new page, start at 40. We’ll tell you and get your approval before starting any request that costs more than 50 credits.

Credits are issued as one lump sum at the start of each billing cycle. To keep turnaround fast and dependable for every church, the most you can use in a single month is 2x your monthly plan on Standard and 3x on Premier.

Payment

Fees are due as set out in your agreement, either annually or monthly for Support Plans. Prices shown on this site are starting prices and may change for new customers. A change never affects a plan you have already started.

Your content

You are responsible for the text, images, videos and other material you give us, and you confirm that you have the right to use it. We will treat what you share with us as confidential and use it only to build and maintain your site.

Third-party services

Your site may rely on services we don’t control, such as hosting, domain registration, payment processing, embedded forms or giving platforms. Those services have their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for their availability or changes.

Limits of our responsibility

We work carefully, but we provide our services and this website “as is,” and we can’t promise that your site will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you already have a signed agreement with us, a change to these terms doesn’t alter it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
